PH Balance - Rhythmic Breathing Exercise For Health And Well-Being
BREATHING EXERCISE TO BALANCE PH, INCREASE ENERGY & ENHANCE YOUR HEALTH
Gently touch the roof of your mouth with your tongue while contacting the back of your front teeth.
Breathe for a rhythmic cycle of 7:7:7.
For example: Breathe in for a count of 7, hold for a count of 7, and then slowly breathe out for a count of 7. The regular rhythm of breathing for a ratio of 7:7:7 is whats important.
Repeat your rhythmic breathing cycle of 7:7:7 for seven cycles of breathing.
Repeat your rhythmic breathing exercise twice daily - before rising in the morning and before sleep are easy times to integrate rhythmic breathing into your life.
Most important is that you establish a regular time to practice daily and be consistent.
Rhythmic breathing has an immediate effect of calming your mind and emotions. It will ground and center you into a resourceful state of being.
A regular practice of rhythmic breathing will help restore your natural pH balance.
Over time, it may take months or even longer in some cases, this exercise will re-synchronize all your natural rhythms and you will naturally entrain with the rhythms of the universe.
A deep sense of belonging will awaken within you.
Performing this exercise regularly will increase your lung capacity, as well as oxygenate and cleanse your blood.
Your breath is a natural anti-oxidant and rhythmic breathing is a powerful method for detoxification which will greatly enhance your overall health and sense of well-being.
Rhythmic breathing is good for re-establishing sleep patterns and is helpful for insomnia, anxiety and panic disorders.
Rhythmic breathing increases your energy and stamina and improves circulation of blood, lymph and nerve supply to all your body organs and systems which will enhance cellular nutrition and regeneration.
After youve performed rhythmic breathing for a short time and it has become a regular routine of yours you can effectively use it as needed in stressful circumstances when you feel over whelmed or when experiencing a reactive state of mind.
Your rhythmic breathing will help you regain composure and peace of mind.
